Making Payments

Wisepay is a secure online payment system which provides the facility of paying for most items online. It is quick and easy to use and considerably reduces the amount of administration required by the School Office. You will have been given login details - click on the logo to login:

  WisePay login

Payment can be made by debit or credit card, although the School prefers the use of debit cards, as the transaction costs for the School are significantly lower. If you have any queries regarding Wisepay please call the School Office or contact the Finance Secretary.

If paying by cash or cheque, all monies/cheques should be enclosed in a sealed envelope with your child's name and year group, plus the purpose for which the payment is intended. This should be sent in with your child and handed in to the class teacher. All cheques should be made out to Mill Mead School EXCEPT for school dinners (where the payee is Herts Catering Ltd), or where indicated otherwise.

The Finance Administrator will be in the office every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you need to discuss staged payments, please make an appointment to see her as soon as possible.

All monies are due in advance of goods or services, unless you have made alternative arrangements with the Finance Administrator.
